ACUTONICS® ENERGETICS OF POINTS AND MERIDIANS
This in-depth course explores acupuncture points and their energetic relationship to the corresponding organ systems.
The class provides an integrated format of lecture for point function and point location, as well as group case studies for point application. Close ups from the Manual of Acupuncture video app are provided on Goggle Classroom to aide in location and for your future reference.
Practicums consist of group discussion of case studies with point and tuning fork selection applications.. This class deepens the understanding of the core principles of Oriental Medicine and Acutonics Integrative Medicine.
This class is required for certification if the student is not an acupuncturist.
Dallas/Fort Worth Acutonics format: This class is taught by a teacher who is not an acupuncturist. If I can learn this, so can you. If you want a simplified and non-intimidating class, this one is for you.

OPTIONAL CLASS REFERENCE TOOLS
While there are no new tuning forks taught in this class, some tools that are helpful, especially in a zoom class, and for your future reference are:
1. The Manual of Acupuncture app: contains video of point location and skeletal diagrams. Based on required textbook in acupuncture schools. Also provides physical point functions and point groups as covered in this class.
2. The laminated acupuncture guide. This 8 1/2 X 11 chart opens to 24 inches. Most students use it as a surrogate in distance sessions as you can put forks on the printed points. It is a quick reference tool and shows human body front and back. While you can purchase this on Amazon for cheap, if you prefer, it can be ordered here and mailed to you for $10.
